QL request for 25 creedmoor and 115 grain NBT

I just ordered some 115 grain NBT bullets to try in the 25 creedmoor. Would someone please run QL with Varget, RL15, RL17 and H4350. The case is 6.5 creedmoor necked for .257" bullets, fired cases hold 52.3 grains of water. I am using small rifle primers (CCI450) and the barrel in 16". Hopefully after this I will have enough info and chronograph data to work with any other bullet I might try.

Not a 25 CM but I shot a 250 Sav AI for a couple of years.

Mine was a 25” barrel and with the 115 NBT with Reloder 17. Can’t remember the exact load but was getting a little over 3100fps with good accuracy and nil untoward pressure signs.

Later I took 4” off the bbl and lost 99fps.

I think 2900fps would be attainable in your 16” bbl.

Just went back over my reloading notes and saw that with H4350 I was getting about 70fps less with a compressed charge. The load seemed mild but the case was too full to get more in.

I also used Hornady 117g Interlock BTSPs with the same loads and speeds were near identical. Accuracy was a smidge better with the NBTs though.

Seem to recall my final working load before selling the rifle was the 117g Hdy, with R17 and a CCI200 for around 2975fps in the 21” barrel. The case capacity was 51.5g water in fired cases so if you can measure your water capacity this may give you a starting point.

Remember - this is a 250 Sav AI so YMMV.
