Could you verify your Maximum Case Capacity, overflow. You will need to tare a fired case and pipette in deoxygenated water at room temp. The usual MCC is 68 grains. Thus, 60.8 grains seems unusually low. If you will verify this value, I'll be glad to assist you.

QL is set to measure the weight (which approximates volume) using deoxygenated water (let an open container set out uncovered overnight) before weighing. Then measure by carefully pipetting water until you form a convex meniscus. That is the MCC overfill that the system is calibrated with. Using the data you provide gives me the following data:
The values may differ somewhat with a more accurate volume measurement.
