Agree with Dwh...Retumbo may fill the case before your velocity goal can be met. However, if you want to run it, it is an efficient load with low pressure and will be just fine.
If you load to Barnes book length of 3.23, you should find some accuracy around 69.8 (~2900) and be only slightly compressed load.
RL25 or MRP might be be my first choice if i had a choice.

I am currently running 72.5gr under a 160 AccuBond for 3042 fps with a WLRM primer with excellent accuracy. Looks like 108% with that based upon a previous QL request. If I can get in that range here. I’d be happy if the accuracy was good.

Nice! If you lengthen the coal out to 3.30 then obviously you can charge it in that 73 grain range and a little over 3000fps.
Barnes is about the only bullet that I stay closer to their book coal. Just a personal thing I guess.
Retumbo and H1000 are very consistent powders imo. Hard to beat when they fit the application.

I am currently using a 160 AccuBond out of the 7 Mag with 72.8 grains of Retumbo at 3,140 fps with the 26 inch barrel. It's slightly compressed with Norma brass.
