Question Concerning TGR

Does it come with bases and rings. If not what bases and rings fit the rifle? Thanks

My 48 did not come with bases and rings but any old run of the mill 2 piece Rem 700 bases fit just fine.

I'm using Leupold Dual Dovetail bases with low rings and it gives the rifle a really finished look and they're rock solid- may swap them to Talleys (vertical splits, not the LW) but all I've seen were too high (even lows) for my liking.

+1.... use leupy dual dovetail and low rings for 40mm scope.
