Thank You very much Dr. Mike, now may I ask a question of you. I have QL's for these powders with Sierra 75HP's do you feel there would be much of a difference if I substituted Speer 75HP's for the Sierras?
 
I wouldn't imagine there would be a serious difference, though there is a difference. I imagine the difference is due to differences in bearing surface and possibly metal composition. This does appear to be a difference of ~2K psi maximum chamber pressure. Lee manuals tend to focus solely on bullet weight, so there is some precedence for taking that approach. It doesn't hurt to verify safety, however, dropping back by 5% or so and working up.

Thank You very much and I am sorry for bothering you, the 75 Speer Quickload is the same as the ones for the Sierra 75HP. I just wanted to be on the safe side before I started working with the Speer's.
