Quickload for 223

Hi would any kind person be able to run a quick for me with 223 using Canadian military 5.56 IVI brass ?
Bullets will be 52gr berger varmint and 50gr v-max with Hodgdon benchmark possibly winchester 748.

So as I get off Quartine I'm loading up some .223 Rem with 53gr Hornady V-Max and Benchmark Powder.
When I made my last reloading order I wanted to try some Nosler 55gr BT as well but they were sold out.
First Obama now a Virus guns and reloading supplies get tight. I do have a good supply just trying something different.
