Quickload projection request

I would like to work up a load for my friend's 30-06 using the 165 Nosler BT and IMR4451. (I don't have any H4350 or IMR 4350). The only data I have found is on the IMR powder website. Would someone be kind enough to run a Quickload projection based on the following parameters? Thank you. Dan

Cartridge: 30-06 Springfield
Barrel length: 22"
Overflow water case capacity: 69.5 gr.
Bullet: Nosler 165 gr. Ballistic Tip
Powder: IMR 4451
