Quickload Question? Does it list the .338 225 North Fork Semi Spitzer?

North Fork list 70gr with H4350 as Max for thier .338 225 Semi spitzer for 2800+. I want to use H4350 too, but would like to find some Data for 64K pressures, just for grins. I know NF are kind of "tacky" and tend to creat more pressure quickly do I understand the premise ( Hawks are same way). My rifle has a 24" bbl. I'm using WW brass. Fed 215M primer. Thanks!

Thank you sir! I sat down to load some last night and found my Mod 700 Classic has a shorter throat than I thought. The NFs bore size Ogive is very near the tip of this semi spitzer. When I measured the C.O.A.L. with the bullet touching the Lands I got 3.20"! So, when seated to 3.160" it put alot of bullet down in the powder space. I went ahead and loaded 9, stopping at 70gr. The 70 gr load even swelled the case body a bit, you can feel it in chambering. I am going to shoot these, but I am sceptical. I'm not worried, I don't "need" them, I just finished working up its best load, the 210 TTSX going 3050, very accurate. This is only my second Mod 700 Classic in 338, and I don't remember the last one having a throat this short, oh well, no biggy. I don't hunt grizz country anyhow, would rather have the flatter faster 210 load. I'm happy! Thanks Brother Doc!

Even if you backed off another grain, 2700 fps is a powerful load.
Another bullet to consider is the 210 gr PT. You and get 2900 fps out of your 338 Win Mag and with a BC of .400, it's relatively flat shooting. The 210 PT hits above its weight class and nothing in NA will go far with good shot placement.

I just finished working up its best load, the 210 TTSX going 3050, very accurate.

That’s moving along. I stopped at 2880’s with the 210gr TTSX in my 338 WM.

I'm using 73gr R17 behind this 210 TTSX. I'm tempted to try the 225 TTSX with R17 and H4350 and see how it does.

73grs if RL-17 got me to 2950 , but the brass wasn’t liking it.
70.5grs of H100V gives me the 2880s. 70.5grs of RL-17 does 2850.
The 225gr TTSX is my choice in my 340 Wby.
