Re-sizing 300 RUM Brass

Is it possible to just neck size this magnum case or is it better to FL Re-size as I have always done.
Are there any 300 RUM users doing this and are there any advantages to this method?

Not sure on either account Don, as I partial size all of my stuff. Usually bumping the shoulder around .0015 to about .0025 on some of the WSM's. I can't see any disadvantage to shorter brass life doing it like that, and I don't have to keep track of cases, as they all get sized for my gun, and always fit the same.

I neck sized some .340 Mag cases and they worked fine. I would neck size them twice and then partially resize them to move the shoulder back about .015/.002 on the third resize.

I neck size until the bolt gets snug to closure, then PFL. Rick.
