Remington 700 VSSF 22-250

Folks,
I've come across a cherry VSSF in 22-250,don't think it has been shot!
Can you tell me if this is a good rifle? It's fluted-stainless-HS stock-26" barrel. much lighter than my VLS, I'm guessing the stock and flutes make it lighter. I've got bullets from 40 to 55 grains-VV-Accurate- Varget, and some other IMR and Hodgdon
powders. Where's the starting line?

If the price is right , it’ll make a nice rifle to your collection.
40-55 gr bullets I load with BL-C2 that works well with the 18” barrel. Varget would be worth a try since you have it on hand.
