Ross Reel

Just sent my nearly 20 year old Ross Reel in for service, the drag wasn't very smooth anymore...

After fighting literally hundreds of silver salmon, as well as not nearly as many steelhead, carp, and bass. Not fancy, it's been a very good reel for a long time now. It's a Cimarron C4, that I use on my 8wt St Croix rod.

Looking forward to getting it back in time to use in Alaska, in September!

The Ross is a fine reel with a great drag system. I notice you appear to have been hi grading, keeping only bucks, well done. Better meat.

My Ross reel was returned, all spiffed up and ready to go! It's been a great reel.

Really looking forward to this September trip for silvers!
