With that stable of Hawkeyes, how did you miss the .358 and the 35 Whelan? Nevertheless, you have enough to challenge you working up loads for a while. I do agree that the 264 WM is intriguing. It makes me wonder whether I should be adding that to my gun safe.

Well Mike, if you get one and decide you like it let me know. I have been looking at the Hawkeye 264 for quite awhile. I really like the cartridge and would like to have one of the famous 6.5's. Seems like with the right powder and bullet it is a real screamer and nobody really has to say anything about the ability of the 6.5 on game. Scotty

Haven't seen any through our local store, unfortunately. I did buy one of the new Winchester Featherweight 300 WSMs. Now, I have to sell my old one. This will give me a challenge to develop new loads for it. It'll do until the 264 WM comes along.
