Dan (Sask Boy) has forwarded a photo of a wolf taken near where another was shot earlier this year. This wolf was on farm land. He is a good looking animal.

Good job, Dan. I'm sure he will be along eventually to give us the details of this kill.

Nice!
Congratulations Dan on a beautiful looking wolf.
I have a MI wolf tag and hope to connect on one in Nov. in the UP.

VERY cool Dan! That's awesome brother. Way to go. That baby looks prime!

Guys, I wish I could say that I shot it but it was shot by one of the farmer up near PP here in Saskatchewan. It is the area that I hunt and my cousin has his acreage there as well. I believe this was shot approximately 5 miles from where the first one was shot. Here in Saskatchewan you just need a fur license to take wolves and have been told on the farmland you don't even need a fur license.

Blessings,
Dan

Pelt looks to be in good condition. The wolves bring a $500 bounty in our area right now and you get to keep the pelt. Not bad.

Wow! Get paid to hunt wolves? That's my dream job!

Pelts tend to generate high dollars mid-winter when they are thickest.

Nice Dan whoever shot it, I may need to try out the 129 gr ABLR as well on some wolves this winter......
