Worked up a varmint load for my Savage .308 FP.

Rifle: Savage .308FP. 24" Barrel. 1:10 Twist.

Bullet: Nosler 125g Ballistic Tip
Brass: Winchester
Primer: Federal GM210M
Powder: 47g Hodgdon 4895 Extreme
OAL=2.80"

Velocity: 3100 Average
Standard Deviation=11
Extreme Spread=22

Best Five Shot group: .330" Worst Five shot group=.710"

Note: This load approaches maximum so work up to it slowly.

Nice loading and shooting. The 125BTs shoot great out of my 15" Encore barrel also. W748 was the powder of choice but is quite dirty. Thinking about trying some RL-10X.
