Savage model 11 trophy predator

I'm looking at a savage model 11 trophy predator in 243 win and wanted to see if anyone on has one, is so what's the good and bad about it? It will be mainly used for coyote hunting.

I have the Predator Max 1 in 260 Rem which works great. I'm not sure if that is the exact model you are looking at but Savage rifles are usually great shooters. The only problem I have had was the magazine not feeding the first of 4 shells properly all the time, it works very well with 3 in the magazine. I should have sent the magazine in but never did, I'm sure they would have sent a new one.

My son has a LH Savage 11 in 7-08. It's a decent shooter and the Accutrigger isn't half bad. I'm not a fan of the magazine- but almost everything in its class comes with one now.

Pretty nice rifle for the $499 I spent, especially since it had a decent Nikon already mounted.
