Savage or remington?

I have two weatherby vanguards , 257 wm, 270 wsm, plus own a savage in 243 win. Love them all. They love to clover leaf groups in as small as a quarter. Never had to play, figure out or wonder what I did wrong. Makes it nice just to pick up and shoot and know that that sucker is going down what ever I pull the trigger on.Oh and I forgot they come in stainless if that is what tickles your fancy.

Nice is nice..... but nice is also boring.

Rifles, just like women, are much more fun and interesting.... when they're a little bit crazy.

We went to the local shop Wed evening the only mod 16 they had was 270 win after looking it over my brother had them order a 300 WSM for him it should be here sometime next week.

I just handled a Savage Predator MAX in 243. Man what a well built rifle. I had to pause a little not to REALLY hand it to the salesman. If it had of been a 6.5 it may have been too much. Scotty

It was close! Like I said, I have been battling the 6.5 bug for a bit and one of them in the 260 or better yet, the 6.5x284 would have been hard to pass up. Scotty

Yeah, they look all business. The 243 was the first one I saw in person and really like the utility of them. Accustock and Accu Trigger really tend to make me believe they will shoot lights out. Plus, they put a 1-8 twist in their 6.5 with a 24" barrel. Looks like a well thought out, solid combination. Scotty
