I will agree that Delta Elite and Kimber 1911 10mms are cool cats, but both have had problems with cracked slides shooting 10mm. And finding a 1006 is like finding a good Marlin 45-70 :shock: Just a few pics to tempt you with :lol:

My secondary carry pistol G27 40 S&W on the left. The 10mm on the right is my new G29 Gen 4. They are almost the same size with the 10mm just a bit wider.

...seems like a lot of the "cracked slide" stories go back to early illiterations of 10mm's that were just modified .45's. My problem is ham-like hands w/ sausage-like (stubby sausages, @ that) & Glocks do seem to go together very well, even the Gen4's, they want to twist sideways. I think Glocks were designed for EuroGurlymanHands... :mrgreen: :twisted:
