Well I just got back from the Post office as I mailed my RMR back to get it working properly.
They believe that the problem is in the trigger not in the spring as they had installed a stiffer spring when I was originally up there and had it at the range with Mike.
I guess there has been some drag issues with Timney in the last while and if that is indeed the problem it will be a 5 minute fix :)
Then Mike is going to pick up the rifle and do some testing to make sure it is working properly
Hum  has anyone else picked up on a particular person's name that has come up again and even before I got my rifle had made mention on more than one occasion about wanting another 35 Whelen 8)
I think that he might be a closest lefty and is just about to let us all know

Blessings,
Dan

Things should be sorted out pretty quickly by Corlanes and hopefully you will have some good range results to post up before fall :)

Man, I can't wait to see what that rifle does when it is all up and running.

Kinda surprised they didn't just send you another and then send your trigger back it's just 2 pins and its out.

It is a bit of a pain to send it back :( but they thought it was repaired when I first shot it and the misfiring problem showed up. This way Mike is going to be there to check it out afterwards as he was there the first time so he knows what to look for.
It was expensive sending it up as I sent it priority post which was double the snail mail price but that was my choice, they stated 2 to 3 business days max.
I really want to spend some time getting to know what this rifles likes and dislikes are, I am going to try spending a lot more Dan time with this hobby and not so much infront of the tube. I already know what that can cause

Blessings,
Dan

Well Purolator just left my house .I now have 2 boxes of 200gr. ABs for the new toy but the toy is gone

Blessings,
Dan

There's nothing worse than waiting on and getting all worked up over a new toy and then having to send it in to get it fixed before you can play with it. :(
Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Greg

Thanks Greg, you people have been real supportive and you don't know how much that means to me :)

Blessings,
Dan
