Shipping to nosler from canada, help please!!

I need some help, i need send my stock back to nosler for some warranty work, talking with john at the shop, he said just ship it down no problems.....

talking to a few guys around here they tell me i will never see it again, it will never get past the border and i wont get it back. I havent had time to try and contact both border agencies....which is coming...
does anyone have any experience with this.

You won't have difficulties shipping the stock to Nosler. There are no restrictions on shipping stocks into the States. It may need to be brokered to get it back into Canada, but a letter on file with the Canada Border Agency will go a long way toward establishing prior ownership. I would take John's word for the matter as they will have had experience with the issues of shipping.
 
I can't foresee any issues with your stock crossing the border back into Canada. Contact CBSA and they'll get everything straighten out for you I'm sure.

That is assuming, of course, that you're sending the stock completely dissembled.
