Shooting alligators

Just a ? to solve my curiosity.......

If you were to shoot a alligator, what type of bullet would you use?


which one for a head shot?

AND

which one for a body shot?

FMJ seems obvious to me for a head shot and maby a AccuBond and Partition for a body shot?

A 22LR will kill them if the shot is placed correctly. Any normal hunting bullet will take them out. As always, shot placement is the most important consideration.Rick.
