I shot this group early this morning at my home range. This Rem 700 is really sensitive in that it requires a fouled barrel to shoot well. My last range trip was to a 500 yd range where my brother and I put dozens of rounds through our rifles. Of course, I cleaned the barrel after that session. Today, my first three (3) round groups with this rifle and it's clean barrel were 1.5-1.75". This has held true for this rifle after each thorough cleaning. The fourth (3) shot group produced this sub 1/2 moa group. I know most rifles prefer a fouled barrel to shoot their best but this one is the most sensitive I've ever owned. Anyway, it's ready to hunt now.
