Here's the results of calling Sierra and working up loads today. This is 3 shots at 200 Yards.
I'm pretty tickled.

Very impressive, Vince. You have a winning load there. You're proving yourself to be a true rifleman. Congratulations.

Thats really great vince, at 200 yards it doesn't get much better. Congratulations. !!!!!!!!

Great shooting! I'd be tickled pink to have that group at 100yds but to get it at 200yds ... Awesome!

When I awoke this morning I had to pinch myself to see if I was dreaming.

That is an amazing group. I was looking at the long range precision rifle in either a 260 or 6.5 for my long range plinker. Looks like I'm wandering down the right path.

A 6.5 mm cartridge is a good path to go down.......

Vince, the 6.5/284 is a really cool round and yours certainly is shooting fantastic. I would feel much better for long range deer with a good soft point over any mono bullet. Looking forward to seeing your on game results, the 130 gr Sierra HPBT is one I would like to try as well, good luck.

I love accuracy over velocity, but that has got to be going really slow and has really poor case fill. I'm kind of impressed such a charge would yield that kind of accuracy.
