Yes, it is.
Never having used Sierra bullets before I bought it in hopes that it was softer. I need the same velocity that I need for the Barnes bullets for it to work.
This load won't be going with me as another commenter pointed out, it's going really slow. It sure is a fun load to shoot at the range with that kind of accuracy though. It almost makes me look like I know what I'm doing.
