Sinclair Ultimate Stainless Case Trimmer

Well I finally broke down and bought a trimmer and I decided go big or go home. I love it simple and easy to use had to buy a few case holders which is a slight disadvantage but they hold the case by the taper of the case. Got it last Friday and already trimmed 250 cases. Accuracy once set is awesome. Changing cases is ease load the new hold run the micrometer to the new case length and trim away. I was kinda nervous at first and trimmed and checked each case but after the first box I gave up on measuring each case and now down to checking the first 3-4 after a change and then it's trim away. Slick easy and effective now I'm wondering if I can use it for cleaning primer pockets and chamfering mouths. Guess I better look it up on Sinclair!!

Very nice Jake, that is a trimmer that is pretty high on my want list!

I like how simple it works and the accuracy is nice as well.

I looks very similar to the Redding 2400, which I use a lot. On the Redding, I find that you need to have a good feel for the handle to ensure consistent trim lengths.

I have had one without the micrometer since the 80s. Only one I use except for the litte crow(blackout).micrometer is the next upgrade.

I use a forester trimmer & I find it to be very good. That Sinclair looks to be of good quality, I am sure it will serve you well.

NV, I'm sure you will get many years of great and accurate service from your Wilson case trimmer!
Just as I have, and continue to (though I don't have the flash Micrometer version, like yours)!!!

I have one of these trimmers too. Very sweet and wouldn't want to mess around with any other trimmer of this type. It's worth every penny I paid for it. Can't recommend it highly enough. I have two WFT for 223 and 308 for doing hundreds of cases at a sitting and that is a great simple to use for mass production.
