Sitka, Alaska

We've been fishing for three days here in Sitka. Wind and rain, 8 foot swells with the wind, to 25 mph. Bouncing around so much it was hard to take pictures We manage to collect a couple limits of Sable Fish, yellow eye, silver salmon and Halibut. Great trip, only complaint is king salmon fishing was closed due to low numbers. We got three or four kings every day.

Looks to be a productive trip that allows for some genuine relaxation.

Nice to be the client, not the guide. The captain offered me a job running one of his boats. I declined, I think.
