Slow cooker Elk

2 family size cans of mushroom soup
3 beef bouillon cubes
3 to 4 pounds Elk meat (either cubed or cut into small steaks)
1 slow cooker

Pour the 2 cans of mushroom soup into the slow cooker and add 1 can's worth of water.drop In the bullion cubes,add the elk, set it to be done in time for supper. My slow cooker has setting for 4,6,8,and 10 hours. I usually set it for 8. You could probably add onion or some other favorite ingredient if you like. I also recommend using a slow cooker liner for easier cleanup. Wives seem to think if you cook it you clean it up

Serve this with biscuits or rolls and enjoy.
