So What is on your "reloading/shooting plate" these days?

ElkEater@,

Regarding your powder measure, have you wiped it with an anti-static cloth? Maybe static is causing your heartache. Steal a dryer sheet from the wife, they work fine..

On the other hand, elec measure/scale combo is very nice.....

Just finished reloading for 4 rifle that me and my buddy Franks are going to take to Texas. There are approximately 500 rounds of the following. I think we have enough for a 5 day hunt.

100 rounds of 140 grain Berger Hunting VLD's for 6.5-284
100 rounds of 142 grain Sierra Match King for my 6.5-284
100 rounds of 300 grain Sierra Match King for my 338 Lapua Ackley
100 rounds of 115 grain Barnes TSX FB for Frank's 257 Weatherby
100 rounds of 180 grain Barnes TTSX for Frank's 300 Weatherby

Ive got to figure out a load for my 243 after I decide which bullet to try out first. Leaning towards the 95gr BT or 95/95gr PT. Also need to work up another load for my 22/250. Started working up a load with 53gr TSXs but they shot horribly and I gave up at that point and started working up loads for my 270 win and 300WSM. So i need to finish with that one. Might work up a load for my 7mm-300 Weatherby using 160gr ABs. I think thats about it for now. Might try to find a new stock for my 243

I have some work to do with my rifles. Still have the following waiting on me

-Get the 25-06 bedded and a proper load developed
-338 Win Mag with 250gr PT's
-Get a Leupold for the 338WM or 25-06 (not sure if I don't actually like the 2.5x8 on the 25-06)
-Develop a 350gr Hornady FP load for the 45-70 (don't wanna shoot anymore 300gr PT's than I have to)
-Develop some 200gr PT loads for my 300 Win Mag
-Develop some loads for my new 300WBY
-Shoot my 22-250 some more with the 60gr PT and also the 50gr BT's
-Develop some 225gr Loads for the 358 Win

That is about all I can think of right now, but I am always scheming. Really want to find a nice 300 Savage to add to my collection. Scotty

Forgot a couple:

1. Find the top of my reloading bench.
2. Make it look like Desert Fox's.

working on 20ga nontox loads for refuge hunting. 7/8oz ITX #4 (equivulent to lead #5) 3" loads at 1490fps.

Bedding my 25-06 and my 6mm Kool blue.

Hope to alleviate some of the unexplained fliers.

Pop, REALLY? Fliers? Man, you are really making me jumpy now! Your 25-06 seemed like a fly killer with the 110gr AB's! Wanna trade? Scotty
