Thats how we feel about the cold in SD. Keeps out the rif raf. We get our share of wind too, but Wyo. probably gets more. 25mph is just a breeze in much of that country, so I'm told. CLI don't have to warn you about the wind right you know all about that. We don't like it but it keeps the Californians out.
