Every time they make a change in the SPS website, I disappear and have no account. What is going on with this website? I had to set up a new account AGAIN!!!!!!! this morning. I don't buy much because the products are cleaned out long before I get there and then to add insult to injury, they cancel my account again!

It is back now! I have called twice to reset my password. I am like a VIP customer even, geeesh! I love them though so I forgive them and even gave them more of my money today!
