Just thought I would share a pic of my newly repainted stainless steel Zastava in 30-06. This was the subject of a thread last year where you guys helped me out.

I recently floated the barrel and the thing is a genuine 1moa 5 shot grouper with 180g Interlocks, with minimal workup. In fact this is the first and only working load I worked up for it apart from the first 20 rounds I put through it to sight it in and check everything worked.

I am very happy with the rifle and it was cheap. About 60% of the price of a Tikka T3 Lite Stainless.

I painted the plastic stock with Krylon. I might change the colour yet but its a working rifle and this colour works for me for now.

I am taking it pig hunting again in a few weeks and hope to test some 208g Amaxes on the pigs

Ya' done good mate.
I like it. Happy shooting and have fun whacking those pigs.

Nice, maybe you let us know how the 208 gr A Max works on game :) It sounds like it's an accurate and dependable gun.

It surely does sound as if you have a fine rifle. Congratulations. You've made it your rifle now, and it will no doubt bring many a smile to your face as you use it.
