Still a beginner

Well, this new upgrade still shows me a new beginner. Got a message that says to log off the back on to reset. Didn't work. Also says when I look at classified posts " You have insufficient privileges to reply here". Never had any problems till yesterday. So, is this a work in progress or what? Dan.

I'm having this issue too. I haven't tried to use the classifieds but I am still showing as a beginner and I have logged out on both my computer and phone at the same time but when I log back in it still shows the same.
