Have 2 22-250's which I load for both sepately, well it finally happened and have a ruger that has a round that is loaded for the Tikka stuck in the barrel. Son told me the bolt was hard to close and open which it is but now when trying to pull the bolt back its slips off the extractor groove. Should I fire the round and try to push the empty case out with a cleaning rod, any one ever have this happen? Open for some thought, thanks, Tim

I have an old one piece cleaning rod with a buggered end that I use to hammer them out.

Like Pop and Antelope_Sniper said, dowel or cleaning rod. Try pushing out first. If this doesn't work, lightly tap it out.
