Walgreen drugs vs no hunting mags. ???

Was in a neighboring town today with a couple hours to kill .... went to Wal Green drug store to pick up a hunting mag to read. ... Only mag they had that anywhere distantly related to hunting was "American Handgunner". What gives with this? Is Wal Green anti hunting and/or anti gun? Anyone have any knowledge of this?

It's quite possible that they only request/get the most popular magazines. Space is a luxury and why fill it with something that only a few would be interested in?? I've not heard anything about Walgreen being anti-hunting/gun.

Richracer, I am not playing "chicken little" .... hollowing that the sky is falling
yet. Facts haven't been gathered yet.....but you have to admit the situation warrents asking the question why there aren't at least a few hunting magazines on their shelf. This area has lots of hunters. I was puzzeled when I couldn't find one hunting related magazine on their shelves. Just wondering?

I think Rich has a valid point.With so much information available on the internet, they probably don't sell many magazines any more.

Walgreens is having significant problems.
That's what happens when you get in a race with Starbux to see who can overbuild the mostest, the fastest. We've had several close in our area.
