I've been thinning the "herd" the last couple of years. Got my butt kicked by 2 Rem 700s that just would not shoot to my satifaction and they went with a couple of others that I sold/gave to some young shooters. One was a tack driver 270 (mid 70s vintage) that I gave to a nephew. The other was a Sendero 300RUM that the 16y old shoot a 5pt bull at 500yds this year.

WOW  You guys have a few rifles/pistols/shotguns. I don't think I will bother, I feel so......deficient.

I refuse to post on the grounds someone might realize the depth of my firearms addiction and attempt to get me cured....

You may want to erase this template for the DHS, they passed the UN small arms treaty today!

My arsenal consists of over 30 long guns not including bows, pistols, ML, and shotguns, and I'd prefer not to list all of them. I run a lot of different cartridges from .22 LR to .45-70. The purpose for each and every one is to make me happy! Some I shoot targets with and some I hunt with, but I don't need a specific reason to justify any of them. If I see something that catches my interest I buy it if it is in my budget, if I get bored with it or don't like it I send it down the road.
