Wonder How This Would Work for Elk?

well, I might have to rethink my little saying about no such thing as to dead . Glad our troops are getting good tools though!

Well,I guess if you like elk burger rather than steaks, it saves a processing step.

+1 The more top-of-the-line equipment, the better.

 Too funny!

Makes those .50 BMG's look sort of puny
Can we civilians get the paintball version?

I like that!!!!! I am thinking they would be better for turkey than elk however, that way you wouldn't have to pluck them!! I wonder what one costs, I will bet they are pricey, great for our troops however, we need to provide them with every advantage possible!!!!!

It would eliminate the "tree in the way" the "it's too far away" and the "I probably couldn't hit it anyway" . Unfortunately it might blow the antlers "every which-a-way"
I might just help my odds at hiting a antelope though

That is a pretty cool piece of kit! I haven't heard of it yet getting pushed out to anybody. Seems like a sweet set up, I like the optics, similar to the MK47 automatic grenade launcher. Scotty

Yeah, the optics are very interesting--not unlike some of the laser optics that are onstream now. What seemed ingenious to me was the calculation for distance by counting revolutions. It proves a point that was constantly stressed in the sciences and witnessed by Nobelists, simplicity is the stuff of genius.
