WY Draw ?

When you enter as a group, does it count as one draw or the number of guys on the application? The reason I ask is because if there are 3 tags left and you have 5 guys on the app, does everyone get a tag (the state would have to issue 2 more tags) or does the group not draw?

Looking at the draw odds, there were only 15 limited draws last year, but 39 hunters reported as having a tag in the unit.

I don't know if this question is clear so if it is not, I will try to restate it again.

If you apply as a party then everybody in the party gets a tag if you are drawn. I don't know about the 15 tags and 39 hunters, I would think that is a typo. I believe the maximum party size is 6, if that is the case then a max of 5 extra tags would be issued.

That does help. I knew about the max of 6 guys on an application. I think that is why there were more hunters than the original draw quota for the zone I was looking at. They had a quota of 15 and 39 hunters reported in the harvest survey. So if there were a few groups of 6 that did draw, I can see how the numbers are different.
