150 AB in a 280?

I see that SPS has 7mm 150 AB's on sale. Would they offer any real gains over a 140 AB from a 280? Mainly to poke through deer and black bear.
 
Can't see that you'd gain all that much. My older 280 prefers 139/140 grain pills. The newer one prefers 150s, Both work very well on game.
 
Mike, that's pretty much what I figured. I suppose if the 140's didn't shoot so well for me, I'd be more inclined to try them.
 
3 years back I was on a site where a gentleman bought a 280 Remington and then mistakenly bought 3 boxes of factory Nosler Custom 140gr. bullets in the 280AI, he posted them and I picked all 3 boxes for $75.00 :wink:.
I used them for speed goats 2 years ago and did not have to touch my zero on the rifle, as I normally shoot 150gr. ABLRs.
