Opening day, after my daughter was tagged out it was my turn. Hoping to get one with my 41mag, i was walking the creek bottom and brush edges. Spoiler I did not, but I was able to get snap these pictures. Can you see whats hidden

Yup it was a Coyote, they were both sitting there letting me take a few pictures.

I’ve shot afew whitetails in heavy grass like that. A buck will push a doe away from the other deer to a romantic little field like that and keep her locked up for awhile.
Wish you had killed that coyote. He is surely up to no good! Probably trying to eat roadrunners

I tried, but wasn't very steady offhand with the revolver and there was no way to get to kneel or sit to get steady and still see it
