Thanks for the imput guys. I didn't consider a scout scope since i have never used one myself. I will look into a scout scope and try it and if he doesn't get use to it then i will just have to buy another scope.
Does anyone have experience with the Ruger Frontier? It has the 1/4 rib which is kind of ugly. I was wondering if it can be removed? The gun is on it's way so i don't have it to look at. Just getting prepared for when it shows up.
In your guys experience does RL-22 work better on the higher side of powder charges? I tried several loads with lighter loads and had no luck. I tried the a heavier load I found here the other day and it was awesome, 3 shots in a dime.
I just tried the RL-22 yesterday and finally got it to shoot great with nosler bullets. I don't remember the "jump" off the top of my head but i was trying to get it close. I can't get any closer with my magazine.
Has anyone had luck with Berger VLD's in a 7mm rem mag? I have the 140 gr and have only loaded once with H-4831sc and didn't get the reslut i wanted. Any advice?

Has anyone tried the 3 in 1 cutter heads by RCBS or Forster? I was wondering how the Forster attaches and if the RCBS threads would work with a Hornady trimmer. Or if they aren't worth it at all. It would be nice to do 3 things at once when you have to do several hundred cases. Thanks
The Lee trimmers have been getting me by till now but my fingers are not happy. The RCBS is looking good but i would get greedy and have to have the 3way cutter for it. And yes all things Sinclair are Spendy!!
What does everyone use for a case trimmer? I am torn between the 2400 Redding and the Hornady. I really like the mic adjustment of the Redding, but being 20 miles from Hornady and the price make it nice also. I don't need a powered one since I don't have alot of trimming to do at this point...
