I have 3 very temp stable I use in a 20" barrel that are rock solid temperature stable loads. Also muzzle blast needs to be a concern for barrels shorter than 24" so I use the faster burn rate in this class to reduce it some.
My 1st preference is H4350 at 39 grains or 2,850 fps (different lot...
Have seen this before with 100 yard zero with ultra fast loads. Very slight difference in what you measure or call zero can have great effect at longer ranges. Zero at least out at 200-300 and you may see this go away. Dial down to 100 then check.......
Has never shot bigger than .7 moa 3 shots at 200 yards. Most groups are in the .6's
This barrel is a bit faster than a couple of others we have tested the load in. Have seen it at 2950 in a 22" barrel and at 2985 in another but the accuracy was there in all 3.
Pressure may be up in the 63K...
Have shot quite a few of both the 140 Barnes and Nosler E tips in a 26" barrel 280 AI. Best accuracy was found with both in the 3000 to 3100 fps range with 60 to 61 grains H4831sc. Seat initially .050 off but best accuracy was at near .100 off with both bullets. Jump them.
Very temperature...
Dan Glover top notch builder and reasonable turn around times. Uses the SSG True Bore Alignment adapter for stress free indication for action and barrel work. Very "straight/square" builds!

In the wsm's i have seen more consistent ES's with RL23 and temperature testing looks to be really stable in cold temps.
In the 270WSM with 150 grain bullets I would start at like 59 - 60 grains and work up to 3000 - 3025fps.
Can compare Alliants data here for various bullets, most top out in...
I would shoot them and get some speeds to work from before going on a load hunt. If you work up MRP or RL 22 back to the same speed bet you will be close on charge and accuracy node still be there.
Record OAL as well, no need to test seating depths if you already have it! Shoot em
Just cut one. The registered "Solid Base" (as shown on this packaging) was originally lead tipped and when Nosler answered our needs to toughen up the BT line all they did was basically add the plastic tip to the original "Solid Base" design that had served hunters so well for many years, then...
