Yep RL26 works great for this load and QL is spot on velocity for it. One thing that has come clear over a couple of years now with RL26 is that it has shot best groups in several calibers with the Magnum primers. Just shoots better with more fire at ignition regardless of caliber for me.

Internet rumor, in the past nearly all Nosler brass tended to measure and weigh suspiciously near the same as Norma which would seem was Norma due to its quality as well. NOT so today, if you want Norma buy Norma, as I have also learned this past couple of weeks.

Purchased 100 Norma 7RM brass and last night prepped them up. They weighed on avg 216 - 217 grains and h2o capacity was at 84 grains just like always in past. This matched the 2015 lot of Nosler brass. Also loaded neck diameter was spot on .313. Point being...... whew!, no load development...

That would be RL26 or IMR7977, both should do that + in 26" barrel. If 24" barrel H4831 is the most stable powder I've tested, less muzzleblast in the shorter barrel, not always the "most" accurate from gun to gun but if the gun likes it is most consistent all around. PS for under 600 yards...

Very COMMON for any Accubond to shoot best at .075" to .100" off. I would have tested at this seating depth FIRST as many times it is spot on the first time. You have only tested to approx. .010" off you just now getting started. Approx .130" off would put OAL in the 3.200" range! Do seating...

What bullets have you shot, a lot of barrels are fussy about bullets they like. Will say that the couple I have worked with shot much lower ES's and better accuracy with Norma 217.

Varget is excellent in 70 bullet weights in the 243. Faster too.
