    New 375 Ruger / M77 ruger thoughts

I too like the new Hawkeyes - have 3 in the safe. My 375 is a SS 23" barrel laminated stock version. I had the 23" blued African but sold it to buy the SS version. I dig the 23" SS version alot. Preliminary load work indicates it will be a shooter. All 3 of my Hawkeyes are capable of MOA at...

300 WSM and 180 BT and PTs

My 300 WSM's have liked H4350 and H4831 about equal under both 180 PT and AB. Re 17 wasn't bad but 4350/4831 worked significantly better. Plus the H's are temp insensitive.

    300 WSM 200 gr AB

Anyone have any pet loads they'd like to share? Been looking at recipes and identifying which powders will fit under the 200 gr AB. I'd love to load H4831 but 68 grains Nosler recommends requires much crunching to get a bullet seated. Other ideas? Thanks.

Well who is spring bear hunting this year?

Headed to Idaho in May. Really want a color phase but wouldn't pass a big blackie. I'll be toting my M70 300 WSM shooting 180 Partitions. Haven't shot a bear with that gun/load yet but elk hate it.
