I have only used 225gr. ABs in my Whelen and I have taken a number of Elk out 500 yards. I have been fortunate to acquire a very good supply of these bullets :wink: from a Doctor that I know (y). I do know a young fellow from southern BC that has started to use the 225gr Sierra bullets over top...

When fishing up in the northern part of our Province it is always a highlight to see mature Bald Eagles. In the fall they migrate through the southern area and you see them quite often on a road kill fueling up for the travels south (y). Great photo Guy thank you for the post. Blessings, Dan
