I would load Reloder 16 with 185gr or heavier bullets. However you will find RL16 to be very bulky and might run out of case capacity in a little 308 Winchester case. For 130gr or150gr I would load Varget, imr4064, AR comp, Reloder 15, or Benchmark.

Please do not store your primers in a hermetically sealed container, especially steel ammo boxes. If there's too much heat or a fire it becomes made a bomb.
