Just wanted to update this one. Bedding was successful and I am now getting groups instead of patterns. The shot at 9:00 was prior to the first scope adjustment, which then resulted in the 3 shot group in the center. It measured just under 1". Made one more adjustment and hit dead center...
Yeah...hard to believe. Over the years that was the place to go for everything. My first pellet rifle, pocket knife, etc were all bought there. Thousands of primers, bullets and untold pounds of powder too.
If you have ever been to Spokane, and you have any inclination to hunt or fish, you have likely heard of the White Elephant. After 75 years they have decided to close up. Prices now are pretty ridiculous., if you can find something you need.

1-4x and 1.5-5x is all I have bought in the past 10 years or so. I have higher power scopes on a few rigs, but low power variables or fixed 4x are what have been getting used for all my hunting lately.
I've used H335 with great success in my Ruger #1. 3 holes cutting each other. Old RCBS Cast manual shows 30-32 grains of 2400 in the Ruger for a 425 cast.
