I have the RCBS as well and it works well. I've pulled a few hundred with it and have been happy with the results.
I typically use one of my single stage presses because of the t-handle issue mentioned.
I've used a 140 AB at 2650 fps out of a 6.5x55 to down a red stag, a fallow deer, and several big sheep. Oh, yeah, and a few whitetails. They work great for me.
The 30-06 is fine, but you'll want 180 grainers in a premium bullet.
I used a 9.3x62 for most of my game, and no shots were more than 200 yards. I'm headed back to Namibia next year.
African game is tough, but not armor coated. Most North American hunters tend to shoot too high as the...
I used it in place of RL-22 when RL-22 became scarce (it is the same powder, but is first run). It has a little variability in lot-to-lot (so does RL-22, of course) but no problems with temperature sensitivity.
I use it in an assortment of 6.5x55's.

Blue tongue doesn't seem as widespread as EHD. The higher elevation deer are less affected...
Looks like a great hunt and you'll get the wind in no time. It helps to be able to practice in it.
I'm curious how you found the ranch? I'm always interested in how people do these things.
There are a lot of prairie dogs that need shooting. The ultimate reactive target. I look forward to an annual 3 day excursion where I will easily burn 800-1,000 rounds.
I don't intend to have anything more mounted. I'm not really a trophy hunter but did mount some of my take from Africa and...
In the same town as c. Sharps, you will find Shiloh Rifle. If you are going to stop at one, you should stop at both. Both have great people and beautiful Sharps rifles.
