Perhaps its not that time yet, but the last one that I had that problem with, is now owned by someone else. I am much happier, I fussed with that rifle way to long. Its replacement shot sub min. groups, and was sighted in and ready to hunt in a week.
I wonder if dialing your seating depth back would bring your groups in. Seems like the all copper bullets may respond a little to that sorta treatment.
Your loads look good according to Alliant, so I'd probably start dialing the bullet around a bit.
I had the same issues with my standard MkV and was never able to work it out, so I sent it back to Weatherby for conversion to an Accumark. I just received the rifle back last week so I havent had time to wring it out yet, but I do have high hopes!! is your rifle a standard Mk V?
Not sure if this would apply, but maybe try another bullet manufacturer besides Barnes. I always had flyers with my 300 RUM shooting Barnes bullets, switched to Nosler Partitions and then onto the current AccuBond, solved the issue.
