I could be wrong but I believe RL22 is repackaged MRP. Others may disagree. I also believe Norma uses MRP in factory 340 ammo. And we know 22 is temp sensitive. Just my 2 cents.

The scope is a VX3 4.5x14x50 LR side focus 30mm. I sent Leupold an email this afternoon and am waiting a reply. The talley system holding everything together is bullet proof. No marks on the tube, no movement at all. I am impressed with it. 250's in the .33's put up a lot of umph.. Skid

When I ordered my .340 my LGS told them .240 I wish I would have kept it too...

Still sitting in the box waiting to go home. Wrote them a nice letter telling them how pleased I have been with the scope. It's a testament to their quality. I know they will take care of me. I also added if they want to upgrade to a 8.5x25x50LR I'm ready to test if for them. :grin:

As many of you may know I have been waiting a long time to get some of these elusive bullets for my .340. A month or so ago I bought several boxes and worked up a load and it seems everyone was right. These are very accurate bullets however my groups seemed to open up as I got much above 2850...

I like the iphone thing. Competition Electronics ProChrono Digital Chronograph is what I have though. It was a real wake up to see some of my velocities I thought would have been faster. And Weatherby was a bit generous with their numbers too.. :lol:

Well after my last outing with my new sub moa .340 250gr Accubond load I went again today and the third round went 4 inches high I thought....huh. I waited about 30 min while it was raining and settled back in to try again. The vertical string was about 6 inches high and low. Well got home and...

ADI's website has indicated they are back producing many needed powders again..Wonder how long it will take to hit the states...I need some Clays or International, and I am assuming Hodgdon is getting it from them ?
