[emoji23] yeah they are pretty lightweight lol. I know my 100 XT in 9.3x62 kicks pretty dang good lol. How do you like the trigger? I know my 100XT probably has one of the greatest factory triggers I’ve ever had. And they have a pretty good recoil pad on them.

Great looking load Fotis! I’ve never tried any of the hammer bullets. They seem to be pretty popular on some of the forums I frequent. May have to try some out myself.

My sauer has the warne two piece bases and warne rings. Mine is synthetic and in 9.3x62 and a 2-7 leupold it is pretty light, and some stout recoil. I’ve always had good luck with warne on heavy kicking rifles. I’m not sure about the sauer 101, but the 100xt uses any 2 piece bases for a model...
I 160 AB would be nice in my little 275 rigby. Right now I really like the 160 hot cor. Have a pretty good load with 145 grand slam. But it seems like the 160 grain is perfect for that caliber.

Well that stinks. Every manufacturer lets one slip through the cracks. Hopefully they will get it back to you soon, and have it straightened out.

I ended up getting rid of my Mark X 30/06 while getting my model 70 416 Rem. I regret it very much. It was a pristine rifle that shot amazing with H4350 and 180 BT.

Oh man I have a soft spot for the wheel Guns. I just picked up a Glock 43x and still find myself carrying my J frame more. Just ordered a new holster for the 43X, so maybe it’ll be carried more now. I still just feel far more comfortable with the revolvers, maybe from hunting with them, and...
I looked at the 6.5x68 and 8x68 this morning. Appears both were designed in the late 1930’s. That’s amazing performance for Cartridges that came out that much earlier then our American equivalent. Plus no belt lol. I know I own a few cartridges with the belt, but I’ve never really been a fan of...
DrMike I was thinking you had the 9.3x64. I didn’t know you had an 8x68 also! I’m assuming it is similar to the 8mm Remington mag? It’s been a while since I’ve studied some of these cartridges ballistic charts.

When u really look into it, they have made some amazing cartridges over there. Most of them predate our American equivalent. Like 8x68, 7x64, maybe one is a 6.5x65 or it may be 6.5x68 not really sure. Not to mention the 9.3x64. I mean a man could get lost trying them all out [emoji16]

I’ve mainly used the leveling system that attaches to barrel, and to scope. I have not done a tall target test before though. I’ve done the box test, but I believe the tall target test is most likely the best way to go.
