    I use the rem 200 grn rn for deer and is the 13th buck i've killed with that load, never needed a second shot. I use nosler 250 part for bear and elk.

    Leupolds new warning to the public read it!

    You can always contact leupold with a SN and they will confirm if the scope was made by them. I did this with a vx3 1.5-5 that was NIB that i got a super deal on.

    I hear you- I have had the same experience with my 264- tried both 7828 and r25 nothing impressive- Magnum powder worked a lil better for accuracy- I would like to find a powder that works great

    M1A or Black service rifle?

    I really don't like the feel of AR's, but a lot of people love them. I'm an owner of 4 Garands an a carbine- so I say M1A nm since you already load for it and it is a very accurate weapon.

    Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 I saw online you could get these for 279.00 Just wondering if they are any good. I was thinking for my 264wm and with that magnification I could really get dialed in at 300 yrds. Or am I better off with my leupold 4-12 germ post #4 which I have on the gun rt now.
